Hey, I’m Rachel
I’m Rachel, and my journey through women’s health hasn’t been easy.
At 30, I was diagnosed with stage 3 borderline ovarian cancer. I had a full hysterectomy and entered menopause… 20 years earlier than expected. Even with supportive friends and family, I often felt alone, navigating HRT, my future, and a life that looked very different from the one I had imagined.
I started blogging to share my story, partly as therapy, partly to help others. That blog eventually turned into a supplements business, but one message kept coming back to me: “Thank you for making me feel less alone.”
That’s when I realised what I really wanted to build: a space where women navigating difficult healthcare journeys could connect, share, and feel seen.
Rayse began as a private WhatsApp group and a TikTok following of 8,000, and it has grown into the platform you see today. Our mission is simple: to bridge the gap between women feeling scared and alone and a healthcare system that often can’t provide the support they need.
At Rayse, lived experience meets community. Together, we shine.
